Dell Quay was once the seventh most important port in England and, although small, still remains a busy and vibrant port for mariners today. You can follow the harbour-side footpaths or stroll amongst the many vessels moored here, but beware of dangerous mudflats at low tide. Check out the Harbour Education Centre which runs a variety of marine filed trips throughout the year as well as courses in photography and art.
