The first purpose built Methodist Church was built on this site in 1808, although there have been many structures on this ground since. John Wesley never visited Brighton or Hove but there has always been a strong Methodist following in the towns. This modern facility is home to a friendly and lively Christian community who meet regularly on the site to worship and organise community events.
