Fishbourne Roman Palace is home to Britain’s largest collection of in-situ mosaic floors which can be seen in the North Wing of an impressive 1st Century palace discovered in 1960. The story of the site is told through an audio-visual with stunning computer graphics reconstructing the palace as it was, and the finds from the excavations are displayed in the site museum. Outside, the formal garden has been replanted to its original plan.
