During the Cold War between NATO and the Warsaw Pact, submarines such as HMS Ocelot prowled the oceans seeking out information about the other sides tactics and intentions. It was a game of cat and mouse. Today this submarine is to be found in The Historic Dockyard at Chatham and tours of the cramped conditions can be taken and visitors can also view through the periscope.
