The King's Lawns are a vast open green area of Hove that run along the seafront set slightly back from the beach. They are an extremely popular place for visitors and locals to sit, rest and relax whilst enjoying the tremendous sea views that are afforded by the lofted location of the lawns. The area is popular with kite flyers who use the gusty sea breezes to help loft their kites and perform stunts.
