King’s Leisure Centre offers a fine selection of fitness and sporting activities to the people of East Grinstead in one compact complex. The centre features a 25-metre swimming pool and practice pool. There is also a full gymnasium, sauna and spa facilities. The complex also has a sports hall that is available for hire to play badminton, indoor tennis and football. Squash courts are available for hire as well as outdoor sports pitches for team sports, clubs and societies. The local council owns the facility.
