Packed with more exhibits than ever before, The Museum of Canterbury traces the turbulent times of one of England's greatest cities. Displays cover Roman and Medieval Canterbury, Christopher Marlowe, Wartime Blitz, Joseph Conrad, Bagpluss, The Clangers and much more. Activities are interactive and fun, ranging from a whodunit to wartime enemy spotting. Also here is the Rupert Bear Museum, which hosts Rupert Bear-themed activities, games and events. The Museum's home is a former medieval Poor Priests' Hospital, which still has an excellent herb garden.
