There is a lot to see and do at this engaging local history and heritage centre. The museum is open to the public all year and is designed to appeal to all ages. Generally the collection is dedicated to the history of this town and the many smaller surrounding communities. The majority of the exhibitions focus around photographs, ancient and modern maps and a series of historical documents.
