The Observatory Science Centre is one of the leading science research and education facilities. There is well over a hundred different exhibits that members of the public can enjoy, related to science and space exploration. The ‘Discovery Park’ is one of the highlights of a visit, offering a hands on series of exhibitions to get involved with, including telescopes, space race equipment and much more. The centre works closely with schools and universities in the region.

	We got into the Observatory Science Centre in Hailsham just in time before it closed for the Christmas and New year Holidays. The modern age certainly has changed how searching for stars is perceived. So intrigued we attended their Comments and Curry night, plenty of curry and plenty of Taurids meteors.
