This is without a doubt one of the most celebrated gardens anywhere in the country. The area of green land was designed and landscaped by Vita Sackville-West and her husband Sir Harold Nicolson. The garden holds an extensive collection of plants that are native to the British Isles, as well as a good deal of species that have been brought from more exotic locations across the globe.
