This friendly small church is built of brick and faced with Crowbrough stock. The building is in the Gothic style with plain tall lancet windows in the south aisle and windows with geometrical tracery in the east and west elevations. The building is noteworthy for its position, close to Carshalton Common and is therefore afforded nice views from its grounds. The church is one of the focal points of the suburban and leafy community on the edge of Greater London.
