The small Kent village of Kingston can be found just outside of Canterbury and at its heart is the ancient church of St Giles. The church was founded by the Norman invaders out of local flint and stones. In the 14th Century the church was remodelled with extra accommodation added with a chancel to the east wing and a tower on the west of the building. Inside the church there are is a variety of stained glass windows, brasses and a 16th Century pulpit.
