This beautiful parish church is a wonderfully preserved example of the ‘early English style’ of church building. This church was built in 1847, but there is no doubt amongst historians that much of its contents come from a much earlier building on the site. It is particularly noteworthy for its magnificent woodwork and carving down the central aisles. The beams and organ contained within this tiny but perfectly formed structure are also worth stopping to admire.
