St Margaret of Antioch, Barming is a fascinating parish church with a tall spire and was started by the Norman invaders soon after the invasion of 1066. The church is located in the centre of a field above the River Medway valley and dates from the 12th Century. The church has been restored twice in its history firstly in 1850 and then again in 1898. Today the church holds regular services and festivals throughout the year.
