The parish church of St Margaret at Bethersden, just a few miles outside of Ashford in Kent, is a beautiful village church. The church was started in medieval times, with its commanding tower added in the 15th Century. The village was once at the heart of a trade in Marble, with examples being on display at the cathedrals in Rochester and Canterbury. Today Bethersden is a quiet commuter village but still has small industries specialising in making rocking horses.
