The church of St Michael and All Angels in the village of Kingsnorth near Ashford in Kent is an extremely old church dating back as far as 1259. The church is believed to have been built upon the site of an even earlier religious place of worship as some Roman works were discovered in the buildings foundations. Of particular interest is a stained glass window of St Michael slaying a dragon which was made in the 13th Century.
