This modern, impressive and spacious church on the approach to the centre of Ashford was commissioned in 1988 and consecrated in 1991. The church is named after St Theresa of Avila who was born in 1515. Today the church provides a place of quiet reflection and holds regular festivals and religious services as well as providing facilities for many community groups such as Parents and toddlers groups, flower arrangers and even for Ashford Golfing Group.
