The Centrepiece church was formed in 1970 with the aim of united a number of different religions and congregations under one roof. The church chosen was in the centre of the busy market town of Ashford. Today the church is a focal point for many local organisations and charities including youth clubs and dance clubs. The Centrepiece Church is also a place of worship for the wider community with regular religious services and festivals throughout the year.
