The Goods Shed is the place to find the best of Canterbury's local produce. A daily farmers market sells everything from fudge to fish. The fish comes fresh from the North Kent Coast and the fudge from local dairies. Other goods on sale include free-range meat and British unpasteurised cheeses. Many can be sampled in the restaurant, which has a menu that changes to get the best out of every season.
