This fine piece of art stands directly outside Hove Town Hall on Norton Road close to the historic centre of the town. The statue designed by Helen Collins depicts a juggler in full flow and was selected because it represented the energy that Hove strives to maintain as a town. Collins is a well established artists and her works can be seen in galleries across the country. It is a rare treat to see such a marvellous artwork in the street.
