The Shell Grotto is one of the world’s most mysterious places, a series of underground rooms and passageways covered by 2000sqft of exquisite shell mosaic. Nobody knows who created it, although many believe it is a 2000-year-old temple. Also on site The Mystery Museum, a large gift shop and the Eighth Wonder Café. Open daily 10am-5pm, Easter to Halloween. Winter – weekends only 11am-4pm. Santa’s Grotto weekends in December. Closed Christmas and New Year.
