The Turner Contemporary gallery is a modern visual arts project that is formed around the premise of celebrating the association of world famous artist JMW Turner’s association with the town of Margate. The gallery encourages new and emerging talent to be inspired by the work of the great painter and aims to produce a new breed of fine artists from this area of the country.
