The Isle of Grain in Kent is closely associated with Charles Dickens but today’s visitors may be visiting for the power station and docks. In the 18th Century clergy visited the village of Grain and established Grain United Reform Church in a building on the High Street. The building is still home to the church today. Grain United Reform Church holds regular religious services and festivals throughout the year. There is limited off road car parking near to the church and on nearby side streets.
