The Water Gardens are situated on the main promenade of Hastings sea front between the old town and the pier. They were constructed by the local council as a place of rest and relaxation for locals and as an attractive feature to the well trodden promenade. The gardens consist of several water pools and fountains that are interlinked by beautiful shrubbery and flowerbeds close to the sea.
