The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum is a unique collection of over 40 domestic and agricultural buildings dating from the 13th century to Victorian times, rescued from destruction and rebuilt in a magnificent parkland setting. Supporting exhibits on medieval history, conservation and agriculture. Designed as a collection of national importance the museum also provides a range of education facilities related to medieval history, historic building conservation and countryside skills.
