This comprehensive collection is located at the heart of the county that the regiment was established to serve. There are medals, uniforms, weapons and photographs amongst the general display, and some of the most interesting pieces are related to specific soldiers. The personal artefacts of Field Marshal Viscount Hardigne and General Sir Charles Napier are among these, offering a fascinating insight into the world of a commander.
