West Wittering is a beautiful stretch of sandy beach, located near to Chichester on the south coast of England and easily accessible by road. It is popular with families for picnics, barbeques and all the usual seaside activities as well as with kite surfers and windsurfers. The beach and its adjacent salt marsh provide varied habitats for a vast array of wildlife including many species of birds and up to 14 species of butterfly.
