Wilmington Forest is a large area of protected woodland just a few miles to the north of Eastbourne in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. It is recognised as a great place to go for a stroll and particularly if you are interested in seeing unusual wildlife and plant life. The forest has several tracks through it and is popular in the summer months.
