Chepstow Castle is a well loved feature of the town. Substantial remains are still to be seen of this, what was probably one of the oldest stone built castles in the country. Visitors are invited to walk around the site and learn more about the many battles and sieges that the castle has been involved in, and a little more about a time when Wales was a turbulent and dangerous place to live.
