There is a network of forest roads on three levels within the forest which, together with three easy footpaths, provide opportunities for circular walks, crossing the River Meilwch by means of footbridges. A footpath leading from the top forest road leads to a popular ridge walk with fine views across the Towy Valley. In April and May there are abundant displays of bluebells set among broadleaved trees in the valley bottoms. There is also a woodland sauna available for use by members of the public, telephone the above number for details, and to book. There are seats and picnic tables within the park.
