Dunraven Beach is located 20 miles west of Cardiff, and situated within the beautiful Heritage Coast of South Wales. The sand and pebble beach is used for swimming, windsurfing, sailing and surfing. To the east of the bay is Witches Point, designated under SSSI for geological importance. The beach is backed by red sandstone cliffs and the fossils embedded within these cliffs, which have been exposed by the tides, really have to be seen to be believed.
