This unusual garden claims to be the only garden in Europe dedicated to the law. The laws were codified in the 10th Century by the Welsh King Hywel Dda, and they were extremely advanced for their time. Eventually, they were displaced by English law. The garden consists of six small gardens, each having a tree that symbolises a section of the law - women, society and status, crime and tort, property, contract, court and king. There is also an exhibition in the Interpretative Centre.
