Kilgetty is a small town located north of Saundersfoot in south Pembrokeshire. It once had a coal industry but this ended in the 1940s. During the mid 19th Century the colliery provided coal for Kilgetty Ironworks. The ruins can be seen at the nearby village of Stepaside.
