Llandegfedd Reservoir is situated a few miles north of Newport in South Wales. The reservoir is surrounded by beautiful countryside and hills and its country park offers visitors the opportunity to relax and enjoy a picnic while taking in the view. A sailing club and windsurfing school use the lake and there is a charge for those who want to sail on the reservoir. Visitors can also hire dinghies and canoes, and the reservoir is also a popular spot for fishing.
