The Lluest Horse and Pony Trust is a rescue centre for horses, ponies and donkeys. The centre is based on a forty acre farm in the Black Mountains, Carmarthenshire. It takes stray horses from as far away as the Swansea and Llanelli areas, which are some of the worst in the UK for finding abandoned horses. The volunteers aim to restore the animals to full health and find them loving homes. Visitors to the centre are always welcome; there is no admittance fee and refreshments are available.
