Manorbier is a beautiful sandy beach, popular with surfers, swimmers and families alike. The beach is overlooked by a 12th Century church and an imposing medieval castle which was the birthplace of Geraldus Cambrensis. On the southerly headland there is a Neolithic burial chamber. At high tide there is a bank of pebbles and superb rock-pools for children to explore. There is free parking at the head of the beach and a walkway for disabled visitors down to the beach.
