Picture this: a wooded valley with a fresh water river (Pennard Pill) meandering through a vast open space surrounded by sand dunes and limestone features before flowing into the sea. The prominent ruin of Pennard Castle sits at the top of the hill and can be easily explored. Footpaths run South from Parkmill, East from Pennard and Pobbles Beach and West to Tor Bay. Three Cliffs Bay stands to the South. This area is very popular with walkers. The views from Pennard Castle and the area around Three Cliffs are stunning.
