St Non’s Bay lies on the South Pembrokeshire section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. St Non was the mother of the 6th century St David, and he is traditionally thought to have been born close to the little ruined chapel which stands nearby. Whether you are a long-distance walker or a day rambler looking for a shorter walk, there is great cliff top walking in this area. Throughout the spring and summer the cliffs are usually carpeted with colourful wildflowers, though the scenery becomes wilder the further west one ventures.
