An extensive sandy beach with shallow water, ideal for small children to paddle and also for swimming. Water quality is very good. Many local shops have handy beach entrances. Toilets and free car parking are nearby. Sailing, windsurfing, scuba-diving, paragliding, and water-skiing are popular but waves are generally too shallow for surfing. There are many enchanting walks leading from the beach, one leading to Wiseman’s Bridge through a cliff tunnel which forms part of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Well worth a visit.
