This beach takes its name from the three striking pointy cliffs that project into the bay, complete with a fully formed natural archway. A favoured place for rock climbers, Three Cliffs beach is quite a remote, difficult to access bay, unsuitable for those with young children or disabilities. The route to the beach starts from Parkmill and through the woods following the signs to the beach, or by following the footpath from the car park at Southgate. Swimming at Three Cliffs should be undertaken with care as it is susceptible to rip tides.
