The Valley Inheritance Museum is located at the northern end of the park and documents the fascinating story of this valley and it people. The museum is housed within a beautiful Georgian stable block. There is a small library and photograph archive as well as a series of permanent displays artefacts and a temporary exhibition area. The centre hosts a range of outdoor performances in the courtyard in the warmer months.
