The notoriously harsh and hard training regimes that those in the British Armed Forces have undergone for many hundreds of years are studied here at this centre in Aldershot. There are large collections of equipment and photographs that date from the 19th Century to present day, showing how the army and other forces are kept in tip top physical condition, ready to serve their country.
