Palace House, once the Great Gatehouse of Beaulieu Abbey contains the resident Montagu family treasures, portraits, photographs and memorabilia. Set in the beautiful gardens overlooking the Monks Mill Pond the site also contains the picturesque abbey building ruins which houses an exhibition on monastic life in the Middle Ages. In addition the world-renowned National Motor Museum houses a spectacular collection of motor vehicles and the wheels ride experience which wonderfully evokes the spirit of the motoring age.
