This small steam railway is run by enthusiasts of the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway Association based in the village of Chinnor. They took over a section of the former Great Western branch line in 1994. The line originally ran between Watlington and princess Risborough. It was closed to passengers in 1957 but was used to supply the local cement works until the late 1980s. It has now been restored to the glory of its GWR heyday and offers outstanding views of the Chiltern hills and surrounding countryside.
