Once a regular haunt of the rich and famous, Cliveden is without a doubt one of the most impressive country house estates in the region. Managed by the National Trust, as section of the property is operated as a private hotel, but much of the grounds and house is open to the public. Spectacular views are afforded as you walk along the banks of the River Thames through the delicately manicured gardens.
