Datchet War Memorial is one of the centrepieces of the village of Datchet in rural Berkshire. The monument stands on the edge of the green and marks the great sacrifice that so many of the sons of the village have made throughout the years to defend the basic rights, liberties and freedoms that we today take for granted.
