Dimbola Lodge is the former home of Julia Margaret Cameron, a noted portrait photographer of the Victorian age. This house is the place where Cameron lived a great deal of her life, and carried out the majority of her most famous works. Founded in 1993, the Julia Margaret Cameron Trust was established to save this historic building and to keep it and its study centre for the enjoyment of future generations.
