At Longdown Activity Farm, the emphasis is very much on ‘hands on’ activities with daily timetable including kid goat and calf bottle feeding, small animal handling, duck feeding and meeting the pigs. Plus loads more animals to see. There is a brilliant (and very bumpy) tractor and trailer ride to experience (weather permitting). There are five indoor and outdoor play areas, which include trampolines, a ball pool, the new for farmer’s straw bale barn and even a BRIO play area. New for 2008 is the Longdown Farm Shop - visit for a large range of delicious locally sourced produce. Tearoom, gift shop, picnic areas and nappy changing facilities and disabled facilities.
