The Rollright Stones consist of three groups; the King’s Men stone circle, the Whispering Knight’s burial ground and the single King Stone. The stones date back well over two thousand years in history and have Neolithic and Bronze Age roots. Set amongst wonderful Oxfordshire countryside, the site is managed by English Heritage who have added several informative signs that tell visitors more about the colourful history of the stones.
