This specialist dental corps of the British Army was not officially founded until 1901, although there has been informal dental treatment going on as part of the regular medicine treatment since around 1660. The museum looks at the history of the corps and the many brave dentists who have served within it throughout the years. It has a collection of historic artefacts, photographs and accounts of what happened when you went to see the dentist in years gone by.
